Jim Riehl's Friendly Cadillac/Honda is looking for an office biller, this is a full time job. You must be proficient on the computer and also baseline accounting. Below see a job description and duties.
Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have dealership experience, with CDK experience preferred. This position plays a key role in supporting daily office operations and maintaining accurate financial records.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and complete daily cash deposits
- Cover receptionist lunches (2 hours daily)
- Process and post lease buyouts
- Maintain office schedules and assist with administrative coordination
- Stock in Cadillac vehicle invoices
- Post Cadillac factory invoices
- Perform miscellaneous clerical and administrative duties as needed
Qualifications:
- CDK experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in basic computer applications
- Professional communication skills
