What You Will Do
• Respond quickly to internal referrals and warm member inquiries
• Follow up with mortgage leads within 24 hours with a firm offer when applicable
• Conduct outbound calls to maximize internally generated opportunities
• Consult members on home financing options, risks, and tailored solutions
• Complete mortgage and home equity applications online and over the phone
• Drive loan production and consistently meet monthly sales goals
• Deliver a high level of service throughout the entire lending process

What You Bring
• Minimum 1 year of residential mortgage lending experience
• Minimum 1 year of home equity lending experience in a sales environment
• Ability to obtain NMLS registration with company support
• Strong understanding of mortgage products and lending practices
• Comfortable working in a performance driven, goal oriented environment
• Excellent communication, organization, and follow up skills
• Ability to handle complex or sensitive client conversations with professionalism
• Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general systems

Nice to Have
• Experience with Encompass
• Background in originating equity loans or lines of credit
• Experience gathering deposits or cross selling financial products
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals

Compensation and Benefits
• $20.19 per hour base pay
• Incentive program based on 15 to 40 basis points
• On target earnings around $80,000

• Remote position with occasional in-person attendance for community and first-time homebuyer events
