What You'll Do

• 
  Design Comprehensive Solutions : Create new programs and enhance existing systems within the company ERP platform


• 
  Develop Full-Stack Applications : Build complete solutions including screens, programs, and database components


• 
  Partner with Business Teams : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that boost productivity and efficiency


• 
  Create Clear Documentation : Write comprehensive user and system documentation for all developed solutions


• 
  Lead Implementation Success : Coordinate all aspects of program implementation and provide training support for new systems


• 
  Drive Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities to enhance existing systems and processes

  Support Business Growth : Contribute to platform expansion initiatives that benefit team members across the organization

What You Bring

• 
  RPG Programming Expertise : 5+ years of hands-on experience programming in RPG/RPGLE/RPGLE Free/SQLRPGLE


• 
  Database Skills : Functional SQL knowledge with ability to design and optimize database structures


• 
  Analytical Excellence : Strong analytical skills with ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions


• 
  Problem-Solving Mindset : Capability to quickly understand complex business processes and develop effective solutions


• 
  Collaboration Skills : Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve company goals

  Relationship Building : Natural ability to quickly build strong relationships with internal customers and stakeholders

Preferred Experience

  EDI Knowledge : Experience with Electronic Data Interchange systems is advantageous
