• Experienced: You have 5+ years in facilities management (healthcare or senior living experience is a huge plus).
• A Natural Leader: You know how to motivate a team and manage vendors with integrity.
• Problem Solver: You have a can-do attitude and a toolkit full of solutions for any building challenge.
• Physically Capable: You're ready to be hands-on, able to lift 50 lbs and navigate our beautiful campus daily.
