Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )

• $18.00 to $22.00 /hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
• The warehouse packaging associate is responsible for maintaining outgoing online orders from their different eCommerce platforms. They will work directly with the warehouse manager to ensure that all shipments are properly packaged and shipped.
• Meet daily packaging goals and be within time limits. The warehouse packaging associate will be responsible for scheduling certain shipments, printing packing labels and occasionally communicating with online customers regarding order issues.

Customer Service & Warehouse Associate Qualifications:

• Must have previous experience in packing and order management.
• Must have previous experience answering phones and experience with face to face customer service.
• Must have experience in inventory management
• Must possess good communication skills and be able to work within a team.
• Must be comfortable with basic computer knowledge and working within computer programs.
• Must be comfortable lifting 50 to 80 LBS throughout the day on a daily basis.
• Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
