Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Estimated Salary (Converted Worker): $100,000 – $110,000 annually

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to lead the design, development, and implementation of large-scale electrical distribution systems. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a hands-on environment and has a strong foundation in electrical theory and system calculations. You’ll work on impactful projects across commercial, industrial, military, and scientific sectors, overseeing everything from concept to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical equipment and systems, including controls, lighting, and large-scale distribution networks.

• Perform complex calculations related to electrical distribution on large-scale systems.

• Conduct cost analysis and feasibility studies to ensure reliability, efficiency, and safety of proposed designs.

• Simulate, test, and evaluate system performance to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

• Estimate timelines and budgets for electrical projects.

• Review and assess vendor and competitor products to ensure optimal solutions.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative approach to engineering challenges.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical documents and translate them into practical designs.

• Proficiency in creating engineering drawings, sketches, and calculations.

• Experience with design software and engineering-related computer applications.

• Detail-oriented and team-focused, with the ability to provide mentorship and feedback when needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.

• 5–7 years of professional experience in electrical engineering.

• Experience with large-scale electrical distribution systems is strongly preferred.

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng) license is not required for this position.
