Sales Representatives
We are a leading SaaS-based firm operating multiple platforms, integrated with Twilio's cutting-edge technology, and we are currently seeking talented Sales Representatives to join our growing team. As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance, and driving sales growth.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries and concerns, providing exceptional support and assistance.
- Monitor the usage of our automatic dialer to prevent any illegal or unauthorized activities by customers.
- Collaborate with our API team and customers to ensure seamless integration and adherence to our licensing terms and conditions.
- Perform due diligence on every customer, verifying their legitimacy and eligibility for our services.
- Prepare and submit daily reports on sales activities, progress, and challenges to the sales management team.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, features, and updates to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential customers.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service roles is preferred, but we welcome fresh graduates with a passion for sales and technology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers.
- Familiarity with SaaS and API-based platforms will be advantageous, but not mandatory as we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance-minded attitude to safeguard our platform's integrity.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software.
