Requirements

Dentist Job Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
• Active and valid state dental license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with diverse patient populations
• Empathy, patience, and adaptability working with elderly and disabled patients
• Ability to perform a broad range of general dental procedures
• Familiarity with dental software for maintaining patient records and treatment plans
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record for travel to multiple locations
• Commitment to working in mobile dental settings outside of traditional offices

Benefits

Compensation: $1000-1400 per day, or 30% of net production (depending on nature of services provided in the market)
Sign on Bonus or Relocation Assistance -
"Payouts occur in installments (50% after 90 days, 50% after 1 year of FT employment) with clawback provision if employment terminates ends before 1 year.
