Key Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize the entire value stream from raw material to customer delivery.
• Identify and eliminate waste and non-value-added activities within the value stream.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve flow, reduce lead times, and increase throughput.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, supply chain, quality) to achieve value stream goals.
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure value stream performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage resources and budgets allocated to the value stream to ensure operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Champion a culture of problem-solving and employee engagement within the value stream.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma, TPM).
• Demonstrated ability to map, analyze, and optimize value streams to reduce waste and improve flow.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain dynamics.
• Excellent leadership and team-building skills with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
• Data analysis and problem-solving capabilities to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
• Experience with project management and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
