Key Responsibilities

• Experience implementing continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, IoT)
• Proficiency in a major ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
• Multilingual capabilities, especially relevant to workforce diversity or international operations
