Salary Range: $78,000 - $118,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute validation protocols for manufacturing processes, equipment, and software.
• Document all validation activities, including protocol deviations, test results, and final reports.
• Identify and assess risks associated with manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and production teams to ensure successful validation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during validation testing.
• Maintain validation documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Participate in the design and implementation of new manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Perform revalidation activities as required due to changes or periodic reviews.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical) or a related scientific field.
• Proven experience in process validation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), and cleaning validation within a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and relevant industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA).
• Proficiency in developing, executing, and documenting validation protocols and reports.
• Experience with statistical analysis and data interpretation for validation purposes.
• Familiarity with various manufacturing processes and equipment common in the specific industry (e.g., pharmaceutical, medical device, food & beverage).

Bonus Qualifications

• - Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software.
• - Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles.
• - Knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies and green/black belt certification.
• - Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for test automation.
• - Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
