Salary Range: $74,000 - $113,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize inventory levels to meet production schedules and minimize carrying costs.
• Develop, implement, and maintain inventory control policies and procedures.
• Oversee regular cycle counting and physical inventory processes, ensuring accuracy.
• Analyze inventory data, identify discrepancies, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure material availability.
• Implement strategies to minimize inventory obsolescence, damage, and shrinkage.
• Utilize inventory management software (ERP/WMS) for accurate tracking and reporting.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with ERP and WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Proven ability to analyze inventory data, optimize stock levels, and implement inventory accuracy programs.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, cycle counting, and physical inventory processes.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma certification or similar continuous improvement methodology.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
• Proficiency with advanced data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI) for inventory optimization and forecasting.
• Experience with warehouse automation technologies (e.g., AS/RS, AGVs).
• Project management experience, particularly with WMS or ERP system implementations.
