As a Security Officer Driving Role Patrol in Plymouth, MI , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic automotive location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by following site-specific procedures and supporting assigned emergency response activities at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and communicate with staff and/or visitors regarding access procedures and location rules.
• Support day-to-day operations by preparing incident reports, maintaining awareness of site activity, and assisting with traffic and/or pedestrian flow as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
