Registered Dietitian - Onsite
Job Overview
We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Dietitian to join our team and provide expert nutrition guidance to our diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will assess patients' dietary needs, develop personalized nutrition plans, and work closely with medical staff to ensure optimal health outcomes. Arabic-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to support our growing Arabic-speaking patients.
- Pay: $80,000- $100,000 per year based on experience
- Job Type: Full-time/Part-time
- Shift and Schedule: 3 to 5 days a week.

Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients with endocrine and metabolic conditions, including:
-Type 1 and Type 2 Diabetes
-Gestational Diabetes
-Thyroid Disorders
-Obesity and Weight Management
-PCOS and insulin resistance
-Osteoporosis and bone health
- Develop individualized, evidence-based nutrition care plans tailored to patient diagnoses, lab results, cultural preferences, and language needs.
- Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) to patients in accordance with physician treatment plans.
- Educate patients and families on meal planning, carbohydrate counting, glycemic index, label reading, portion control, and healthy cooking techniques.
- Monitor patient progress, track clinical outcomes, and revise plans as necessary to optimize metabolic control and health status.
- Collaborate with endocrinologists, diabetes educators, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure integrated and consistent care.
- Participate in case discussions, care planning meetings, and follow-up consultations.
- Contribute to the development of educational resources and nutrition protocols for endocrine conditions.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
- Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
- State licensure or certification as required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience, ideally in endocrinology, diabetes care, or internal medicine
- Fluency in Arabic strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EHR systems and Microsoft Office tools
