Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Design, develop, and implement new production processes and equipment.
• Troubleshoot process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
• Conduct process capability studies and statistical analysis to monitor and improve performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive process documentation, including SOPs and work instructions.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new processes and resolve production issues.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing setting.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and P&ID interpretation.
• Demonstrated experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for process optimization.
• Knowledge of manufacturing safety regulations and quality standards.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) software (e.g., Minitab, JMP).
• Familiarity with industrial automation and control systems (PLCs, SCADA).
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
