Associate, Graphic Designer - Hybrid

What you’ll need to succeed as an Associate, Graphic Designer at XPO

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign

Preferred Qualifications:

• Internship or some professional experience working in graphic design
• Clear understanding of design fundamentals such as composition, spatial dynamics, typography and color theory.
• HTML, CSS, and other web-creation software
• Strong Understanding of Adobe AfterEffects and Premiere

• Highly organized work style with an extraordinary ability to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills
• A proactive and adaptable mindset, ready to respond to evolving needs and a readiness to tackle challenges at any time with focus and energy
• A willingness to take on tasks of varying complexity with enthusiasm

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Create and adapt visual assets (presentations, social posts, infographics, digital and print materials) that bring our brand to life across audiences including employees, customers, prospects, investors, and the public.
• Collaborate with the Senior Brand Manager to translate brand guidelines into consistent, high-quality designs that fit different channels and contexts.
• Support ongoing campaigns and day-to-day needs, ensuring timely delivery of graphics that are polished, clear, and on-brand.
• Bring fresh creative ideas while learning and growing design skills, contributing to a team that values clarity, simplicity, and impact.
