• Manage and document patient care using electronic medical records (EMR) effectively and accurately.

• Develop and maintain quality healthcare standards in collaboration with healthcare teams.
• Engage in disease management initiatives and psychoeducation to promote patient wellness.
• Support the community through health education and integrated care programs.

Essential Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a clinical nursing setting.
• Proficiency in the administration of medications and understanding of nursing diagnosis.
• Strong skills in patient assessment and evidence-based practice.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team to achieve optimal patient care outcomes.

Desired Experience

• Experience in a high-paced healthcare environment, demonstrating excellent time management skills.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems and quality of healthcare metrics.
• Experience in team nursing and integrated care approaches is highly desirable.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: £50,000 - £72,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
