The Cheese Lady in Muskegon, MI is looking talented to join our 13 person strong team in a fast paced, customer service oriented position. We are located on 808 Terrace. Our ideal candidate is attentive, ambitious, and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and make them feel at home
- Answer any questions the customers may have
- Assist Customers in preparing their orders
- Clean work area as needed to maintain a tidy work environment
- Respond to all complaints in a friendly and professional manner
Qualifications
- Must LOVE cheese
- Responsible and proven ability to maintain scheduling commitments
- Ability to problem quickly solve concerns customers may have
- Good communication skills with customers and fellow employees
- Great interpersonal Skill. We support each other here and that's always the goal.
