HRIS Analyst
Kforce has a well-established client, located in the Grand Rapids, MI area that is seeking a skilled HRIS Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR operations and secure data management. This candidate must be located in near Grand Rapids Michigan as you it is an onsite position. The client offers salary and benefits package. Duties:
- HRIS Analyst will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and operation of HRIS, ensuring it meets HR, payroll, and benefits needs
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of employee data within the HRIS, conducting regular audits and troubleshooting issues
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR operations and management decision-making
- Work closely with HR staff and IT teams to customize HRIS solutions and ensure seamless integration with other business systems
- As an HRIS Analyst, you will provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS software, developing training materials as needed
- Identify areas for improvement in HR processes and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of HRIS experience; 2-3 years of Workday
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Confidentiality, problem-solving, time management
- Strong attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Effective communication skills for collaboration with team members and stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and in teams
