What You'll Do

As an EPM Solution Architect on this team, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth reviews of customer EPM implementations to diagnose challenges and recommend solutions. You'll perform detailed reviews of customer EPM implementations, identify critical challenges, and design targeted solutions to optimize performance and value. You will serve as a trusted advisor to the customers, providing expert mentorship on Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. You will drive discussions to identify gaps and challenges to help craft and define customer EPM requirements and visions. You will lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirement gathering and solution design to guiding the development team and convincing the customer to adopt the appropriate processes and tools. You will work independently on development and issue resolution, ensure timely delivery of project artifacts, and provide comprehensive support throughout the implementation, coordinating closely with the customer, internal team, and product support to drive the successful deployment of the EPM solution.

Responsibilities

About You :

  • You have experience collaborating with business stakeholders to understand their functional requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

  • You are passionate about customer service, with a strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

  • You are an experienced EPM consultant with a consistent track record of designing and delivering high-scale, high-impact solutions

  • You have good understanding of Income statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Workforce planning, Capex planning, strategic planning, different methods of consolidation and their calculations and disclosure in financial statement

  • You advise customers on the optimal allocation of workloads across various systems for enhanced performance and efficiency.

  • You have a broader view across multiple processes associated with the EPM ecosystem, like, Integration of EPM with ERP, HCM, and third-party system

  • You stay up to date on the latest Oracle EPM technologies and best practices through continuous learning.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BE, BTech, MCA, MBA in Finance

  • 10+ years of EPM consulting and implementation experience in EPM cloud products.

  • Worked on 4 end-to-end implementations in EPM cloud products that includes FCCS and EPBCS. ARCS, NR and TRCS all highly desired.

  • Deep functional knowledge of financial processes and associated functionality in the EPM area

  • Expertise in developing custom integrations using EPM Data Integration, EPM Integration Agent, Pipeline, Groovy Business Rule, and EPM Automate

  • Hands-on knowledge of scripting (Batch/Python/PowerShell)

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and master unfamiliar concepts quickly with little supervision

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent communication, project/stakeholder/team management skills, and experience.

  • Knowledge of SRs, RFCs, and My Oracle Support.

  • Knowledge of OAC-Essbase, Essbase 19c and Essbase 21c.

  • Strong customer focus, excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from $52.50 to $107.40 per hour; from: $109,200 to $223,400 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
