Senior sales engineer
Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a Senior Sales Engineer for one of its esteemed defense industry clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving the sales of Test Bench Systems. This role involves implementing a strategic sales plan aimed at increasing sales, enhancing margins, expanding market share, and boosting brand awareness for customer products.
Key responsibilities include conducting regular and recurring visits to customers and end-users. These visits are essential for identifying current needs and future investment projects, ultimately influencing customers to consider our products as their preferred solutions.
This is a full-time position offering an annual base salary range of $100,000 - $120,000. Additionally, the role may include a comprehensive benefits package, encompassing healthcare insurance and paid leave, in accordance with applicable laws.

Skills and Requirements
Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or similar.
6+ years of technical sales experience with demonstrated ability to manage and grow large OEM accounts and establish new business with target customers.Candidates with relevant technical experience (4+ years) in testing and engineering could also be considered.
Ability to analyze customer needs, understand complex technical challenges, and propose effective solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and build relationships.
Willingness to travel throughout North America and occasionally abroad (30-40%) Test Stand sales experience
