Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A fully credentialed Occupational Therapist (OT) is needed to provide comprehensive services to students in an elementary school setting in Ann Arbor, MI. This is a contract position for the current school year (CSY), with a commitment of 1.0 Full-Time Equivalent (FTE). The ideal candidate will have experience in school-based OT and a strong skill set that includes fine and gross motor skills, and familiarity with healthcare, home health, and teletherapy OT services is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to elementary school students to support their developmental and educational needs.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized interventions focusing on improving fine and gross motor skills within the school environment.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to create effective strategies and accommodations.
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all school and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize teletherapy methods when applicable to enhance therapy accessibility.

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license and certification.
• Experience working within school systems.
• Strong knowledge of fine motor, gross motor, and other developmental OT skills.
• Background in healthcare, home health OT, and teletherapy is beneficial.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
