Salary Range: $85,000 - $130,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs.
• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, and local EHS regulations and standards.
• Conduct EHS risk assessments, incident investigations, and root cause analyses.
• Provide comprehensive EHS training to employees and contractors.
• Manage hazardous waste, chemical safety, and industrial hygiene programs.
• Oversee EHS audits, inspections, and corrective action plans.
• Drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and foster a proactive safety culture.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or a related scientific/technical field.
• 5+ years of progressive EHS experience, with at least 3 years in a manufacturing environment.
• In-depth knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and other federal/state EHS regulations applicable to manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience developing, implementing, and managing EHS management systems (e.g., ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Professional EHS certifications such as CSP (Certified Safety Professional) or CHMM (Certified Hazardous Materials Manager).

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Proficiency with enterprise-level EHS management software (e.g., Intelex, Cority, Sphera).
• Certification as an ISO 14001 or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
• Fluency in a second language relevant to the manufacturing workforce (e.g., Spanish, Vietnamese).
