Kitchen Laborer

POSITION SUMMARY

The Kitchen Skilled Laborer performs advanced installation tasks under the direction of the Foreman. This includes cabinetry setup, appliance prep, flooring, backsplashes, and assisting with finish work. Skilled Laborers are responsible for quality workmanship and developing leadership skills to advance to Foreman.

• Follows direction quickly and correctly.
• Performs demolition, debris removal, and site protection consistently.
• Handles materials safely and keeps the jobsite clean.
• Shows up on time daily and demonstrates excellent citizenship.

OBJECTIVES

• Install cabinets, flooring, trim, and backsplash per RenovationsNow SOPs.
• Assist with appliance prep and coordination with countertop/cabinet scheduling.
• Mentor Kitchen Laborers in daily tasks.
• Uphold site safety and cleanliness at all times.
