The role: Field Reimbursement Manager - Neurology

Location: This is a remote position, and work is performed in EST time zone with frequent travel up to 50% included, as part of this role. The preference is for candidates to be located in Detroit but we will also consider suitable candidates across the US.
Salary: The salary range is $140,000 - $150,000 DOE

Cycle Pharmaceuticals has an exciting opportunity for a Field Reimbursement Manager to join our growing Cycle Vita team and support our patients and healthcare professionals every step of the way.
This position involves leading and supporting patient access programs, working directly with healthcare providers, patients and payers to ensure effective reimbursement and financial assistance.
You will work collaboratively across our Neurology portfolio to drive progress and support for our Multiple Sclerosis therapies. You will build your internal network and contribute to cross-functional project teams. What you'll be doing in this role
- Provide reimbursement and patient access support, including benefits verification, prior authorizations, claims assistance and appeals management.
- Support healthcare providers and patients in navigating reimbursement pathways and financial assistance programs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Market Access, Sales, Cycle Vita teams and external partners to ensure a smooth and seamless patient experience.
- Deliver virtual and field-based training and support to healthcare professionals and one on one patient support (travel up to 50%).
- Identify and resolve reimbursement and coverage challenges to support timely patient access to therapy.
- Maintain accurate and compliant records within CRM systems and internal processes.
- Contribute to operational planning, departmental projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Represent the department and act as a key contact for external stakeholders and third-party partners.
- Provide subject matter expertise on reimbursement processes and relevant regulatory requirements, including US FDA-focused guidance.
- Promote a collaborative, flexible and solutions-focused working environment while supporting stakeholder development and training.
The following skills and experience will be important in helping to set you up to succeed in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field.
- Prior experience within the field of health sciences.
- Proven experience in Benefit Investigations and Prior Authorization processes, with a strong understanding of industry documentation standards.
- Strong knowledge within Copay and Free Drug Assistance Programs within the Healthcare or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Prior experience supporting or operating within the Neurology and Multiple Sclerosis (MS) market
- Proficient in using CRM systems (Customer relationship management) such as SalesForce, Veeva or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiar with operating in highly regulated environments, ensuring full compliance with industry policies and procedures.
- Prior field reimbursement experience with ability to communicate complex reimbursement scenarios to patients and medical professionals.
- Strong background in case management and coordinating with patient support services.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
- Positive, relationship-focused mindset, with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willing and able to travel up to 50%, including visits to healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, Patients and company headquarters in the UK for training and business reviews.
