Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain critical IT and Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure to ensure continuous production operations.
• Manage cybersecurity initiatives across IT and OT environments to protect intellectual property and production systems.
• Lead the implementation and support of manufacturing-specific systems such as MES, ERP, WMS, and automation platforms.
• Provide technical support and problem resolution for factory floor equipment, network connectivity, and business systems.
• Develop and manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and service level agreements for hardware, software, and services.
• Ensure data integrity and availability for production reporting, quality control, and operational analytics.
• Drive IT strategy and digital transformation initiatives to improve efficiency and productivity in manufacturing processes.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT infrastructure and operations within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing-specific systems such as ERP (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, SCADA, and IoT.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing IT teams, projects, and vendor relationships.
• Expertise in cybersecurity best practices, particularly for operational technology (OT) and IT/OT convergence.
• Ability to align IT strategy with business goals to drive efficiency and digital transformation in manufacturing.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or PLM software.
• Knowledge of Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI/ML in manufacturing, digital twins).
• Familiarity with operational technology (OT) cybersecurity principles.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
