Outreach Assistant
We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help respond to partnership inquiries from YouTubers and content creators. Your main role will be communicating with creators who are interested in working with our brand and guiding them through our affiliate or partnership program.
This is a remote position with flexible hours. Strong English communication skills are required.
Responsibilities:
Respond to messages from YouTubers and creators via email or discord
Answer basic questions about our partnership or affiliate program
Guide creators through the onboarding process
Keep track of conversations and update lead lists
Follow communication templates when responding to inquiries
Escalate important opportunities to the management team
Requirements:
Strong written English
Friendly and professional communication style
Experience with discord, email, or social media messaging
Organized and reliable
Experience with influencer outreach or customer support is a plus
Hours:
Part-time (under 3 hours every weekday, weekends off)
Compensation:
$2 an hour/monthly guaranteed payment (depending on candidate)
