Salary Range: $105,000 - $152,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans to meet output, quality, and delivery targets.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and manage production teams, fostering a culture of safety and high performance.
• Ensure adherence to quality control standards and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Manage operational budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Oversee inventory management, ensuring optimal stock levels for raw materials and finished goods.
• Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.

Recommended Qualifications

• Extensive experience (5+ years) in a manufacturing operations leadership role.
• Proven expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on coaching and performance development.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production processes, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with specific ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Familiarity with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 concepts.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
