Cnc Mill Operator

We are seeking a dedicated CNC Mill Operator for our first shift in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The position operates Monday through Thursday from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with an overtime day on Friday. You will primarily be responsible for loading and unloading CNC machines. This role requires reliability and a strong commitment to attendance.

• Operate and monitor CNC machines, ensuring quality and precision in production.
• Load and unload machines efficiently.
• Utilize micrometers and calipers for precise measurements.
• Maintain a strong attendance record and adhere to safety protocols.
• Participate in training sessions for mill and lathe operations.

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing setting as a machine operator within the last 3-5 years.
• Proficiency in reading micrometers and calipers.
• Mechanically inclined with a good work history.

• Experience with CNC mill and lathe operations is advantageous.
• Familiarity with automated and manual grinding techniques.
• Experience with Sheffield gauges and operating Cincinnati and Norton equipment is a plus.
• Prior experience in a plastics setting requiring attention to detail is valued.

This is a Contract position based out of Millington, MI.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
