Office Assistant / Data Entry Clerk

Needed: Office Assistant / Data Entry with an Accounting Background.
Starting wage $16-$18 / hour depending on experience.
Required/ Preferred:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with QuickBooks.
- Accounting duties include A/P, A/R, data/invoice entry into QuickBooks.
- Duties as assigned, such as Accounts Payable and Receivable duties.
- Accounts payable or receivable experience.
- Time Management.
- Attention to detail.
- Teamwork-oriented.
- Multitasking.
- Desire to work in financials.
