Forklift Operator

Shifts Available:

• B Crew $16/hr: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
• C Crew $16.20/hr: Sunday–Thursday, 10:00 PM–6:00 AM

Job Summary:

As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for safely operating powered industrial trucks to move, locate, stack, and count materials. You will play a key role in supporting production and warehouse operations by ensuring materials and products are handled efficiently, accurately, and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Load, unload, move, and stack materials and finished products according to job orders and instructions.
• Perform routine equipment checks and maintenance to ensure forklifts are in safe operating condition.
• Conduct inventory counts and document material movement accurately.
• Follow all safety protocols, including wearing required PPE and adhering to OSHA regulations.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work area.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely material flow to production lines and shipping areas.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating a forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with good spatial awareness.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Basic math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 lbs. as needed.
