OneStream COM Consultant

Job Description

A client of Insight Global is looking for a OneStream COM Consultant to support a live OneStream environment for an end customer based in Detroit. This is an operations-focused consulting role responsible for day-to-day ownership of OneStream processes, including consolidations, planning, and account reconciliations.

This engagement will start as a 6-month contract, with potential for extension or conversion based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as primary OneStream consultant working directly with the customer

• Manage day-to-day OneStream operations alongside offshore team

• 80-85% "keep the lights on":

? Planning & budgeting cycles

? Consolidations

? Account reconciliations

? User support and issue resolution

• Work closely with:

? Customer finance, FP&A, controllership teams

? Offshore India team (overlapping hours)

• Leave room for enhancements when operations stabilize:

? Calculation logic updates

? Changes driven by acquisitions or new entities

? Hierarchy and model updates

-Customer-facing, U.S.-based

• Strong communication skills

• Professional and client-presentable

• Adaptable to customer environment

• Comfortable working across time zones -Manufacturing background
