We have an exciting opportunity on our team as an Administration Supervisor! This position is located in Midland, MI. The Administrative Supervisor's responsibilities include to plan, direct, and execute the functions needed to support internal administration of CQA's programs and services, including managerial oversight of administrative staff, in a manner that promotes quality, safety, and efficiency.

- Effectively manage the administrative team and processes that support CQA in a manner that follows company policies and encourages the desired results and behaviors.
- Coordinate the activities of the administration team to meet internal and external demands in a timely and efficient manner.
- Clearly communicate expectations of performance and behavior with direct reports and manage outcomes.
- Implement fair policies and consistent practices using company guidelines within the department.
- Monitor incoming and outgoing communications, data, and information flow and take appropriate action as needed.
- Validate accuracy of data generated within CQA and received from external parties. Work with responsible parties to resolve issues.
- Standardize processes across licensing programs and within the administration department to generate internal efficiencies.
- Instruct and train users on standard operating procedures.
- Proactively lead communication with program managers to manage requirements, updates, and scheduling.
- Gain a full understanding of licensing program processes and requirements and stay abreast of changes.
- Coordinate activities for proper handling, storage, and disposal of samples.
- Drive continuous improvement of the administration department to improve business practices.
- Escalate appropriately when questions or situations arise that cannot be handled within current policies and practices.
- Work with other companies and departments across the Savant Group as requested.
- Arrange and coordinate with program managers and new business development staff for conferences, engagements, and site visits.
- Coordinate changes to licensing programs with program managers and administrative team.
- Take required training and development opportunities to maintain effectiveness in role.
- Create and/or update procedural manuals and work instructions.
- Complete work in a timely manner to meet deadlines and expectations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Pro, FluidQuality.com on-line licensing system, and other electronic programs as needed.
ADDITIONAL JOB DUTIES
- Act as a back-up to Program Managers when necessary.
- Assist with ISO 9001 quality documents, records, and procedures.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by direct supervisor.
JOB SPECIFICATIONS
EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in business management or related field required.
LICENSURE: Valid driver's license.
EXPERIENCE: At least two years' experience in customer service, data processing and/or administrative support role required. Three years' experience in a managerial role preferred.

PHYSICAL EFFORTS: Must be able to move/lift equipment weighing up to 20lbs. Other physical efforts may include but not limited to carrying weight, lifting, seeing, hearing, talking, sitting, standing, walking, reaching, climbing, stooping, crawling, kneeling, pushing, pulling, repetitive motion/dexterity, and other physical requirements as required by the position.
SAFETY MEASURES: All employees are expected to follow safety procedures and regulations at all times.
HOURS OF WORK: Full-time with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 8-hour shifts. Some nights and weekends may be required.
TRAVEL: Limited travel up to five percent may be required for this position.
