SPENGA Sales Manager

About the role:
As a SPENGA Sales Manager, you’re the heartbeat of our front desk and sales operations. You’ll lead by example by welcoming every guest with warmth & excitement, driving studio memberships and growth, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you love fitness, sales, and creating unforgettable customer experiences, this role is your next best move. This position can be part time or full time based on the availability and experience of the applicant.

• Confident in sales, with a track record of hitting sales targets and handling objections
• Obsessed with excellent service and cleanliness
• Adaptable and eager to learn in a fast-paced, boutique fitness environment
• Detail-oriented and organized, but also thrive in a dynamic, people-first setting
• A fan of fitness, whether you coach, train, or just love being in the gym
• Experience in group fitness, personal training, or wellness retail is a plus!
• Able to work a variety of shifts ranging from early morning to evening sessions.

What you'll do:

• Drive Membership Growth – Engage new leads, tour prospects, and sell memberships
• Build Relationships – Treat every customer as if we're there for them, personally. Greet every member before and after their workouts.
• Meet & Exceed Goals – Hit performance metrics related to leads, sales, and studio management
• Own Studio Vibe – Help reset equipment between sessions and maintain a spotless, high-energy space
• Be the Brand – Represent SPENGA in and outside the studio with enthusiasm and authenticity
• Support the Team – Ensure a smooth flow for each session by overseeing setup for the Instructors and upcoming shifts.
• Manage Member Experience - Update member profiles, encourage and celebrate new and current members and strive to deliver a spa-like atmosphere for every session.
