Pay & Benefits

- Solo pay: $1,200–$1,500+ weekly after upgrade
- Pay per mile starts at $0.56 CPM (practical miles) after training
- Stop, detention, and layover pay

Requirements
- Valid CDL-A, age 21+
- 120+ hours from accredited CDL school
- Clean-ish MVR/PSP (case-by-case review)
- Pass DOT physical & drug screen
