Guest Services Agent (2:00 Pm - 10:00 Pm Shift)

From the moment guests are greeted with our signature warm chocolate chip cookie, they know they’re somewhere special. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and guest-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team and help deliver the exceptional service Hilton is known for.

This is an evening shift position (typically 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM) . Part-time or full-time availability can be discussed during the interview.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism during check-in and check-out
• Confirm reservations, assign rooms, issue keys, and explain hotel amenities and services
• Provide recommendations on local attractions, from the Tulip Time Festival to Lake Michigan beaches
• Use up-selling techniques to enhance the guest experience and increase revenue
• Respond quickly and sincerely to guest requests, questions, and concerns
• Resolve guest issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage guest communications, including receiving and delivering messages accurately

What We’re Looking For:

• A warm, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
• Strong communication and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills; experience with reservation systems is a plus (training provided)
• Prior hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required. We provide full training.
• Availability to work evening shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
