ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers to the service department in a friendly and professional manner.
Listen attentively to customer concerns about their vehicles and accurately document service requests.
Translate customer needs into clear instructions for the automotive technicians.
Provide customers with accurate estimates for services and repairs, explaining the work to be performed.
Maintain open communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle's service.
Ensure customer satisfaction by following up on completed work and addressing any concerns.
Process service orders and payments accurately.
RequirementsProven customer service experience, preferably in a dealership or automotive setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and technicians.
Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.
A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help people.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
