Environmental and Safety Solutions Inc. is seeking a bilingual (Mandarin-English) Construction Safety Professional to support a large construction project in Marshall, MI. This role combines safety oversight with real-time interpretation to ensure clear communication and compliance in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee site safety operations and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Conduct safety meetings, orientations, and toolbox talks.
• Provide Mandarin-English interpretation for workers and management.
• Support communication during training and day-to-day operations.

Requirements:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• OSHA 510 certified with 3–5 years of safety experience.
• Strong communication, writing, and computer skills.
• Local candidates preferred; per diem considered.
• Available to start immediately.
