Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) across manufacturing operations.
• Identify and analyze process inefficiencies, waste, and bottlenecks to develop actionable improvement plans.
• Train, mentor, and coach employees at all levels on continuous improvement methodologies and tools.
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness and sustainability of improvement projects.
• Facilitate cross-functional teams and workshops to solve complex operational problems and drive root cause analysis.
• Champion a culture of continuous improvement, problem-solving, and operational excellence throughout the organization.
• Standardize best practices and ensure their consistent application across different manufacturing lines or sites.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in continuous improvement roles within a manufacturing environment.
• Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or Master Black Belt (CSSMBB).
• Proven expertise in Lean methodologies (e.g., Value Stream Mapping, 5S, Kaizen) and their practical application.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully leading and implementing CI initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, including proficiency in statistical analysis tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Proficiency with Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) for advanced data visualization and dashboarding.
• Experience applying Industry 4.0 technologies (IoT, AI, automation) to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Certification or significant experience with Theory of Constraints (TOC) methodology.
• Experience utilizing process simulation software (e.g., Arena, FlexSim) for optimization modeling.
