Assignment Details/Requirements :
Board Certification
Active Michigan license or willing to obtain required
Shifts: 7AM-3:30PM; Weeknight Call 3:30PM-7AM; Weekend Call 7AM-7AM (Saturday to Monday)
Call can be taken from home/hotel but requires to be available within 30 minutes
Independent CRNA model, must be able to work independently without medical direction
4 ORs; 99% of cases are Adult
Must be able to perform regional blocks
Case Types: Ophthalmology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, OB/GYN, Endoscopy, Podiatry, and Urology
OB experience preferred
Will be required to go to other location that is primarily endo cases
