Salary Range: $84,000 - $124,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment.
• Lead, train, and manage a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
• Ensure optimal operational efficiency and reliability of all plant machinery and infrastructure.
• Manage the maintenance budget, spare parts inventory, and procurement processes.
• Oversee compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards, and quality policies.
• Coordinate with production to schedule maintenance activities and minimize operational downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for maintenance processes and equipment performance.

Recommended Qualifications

• X+ years of progressive experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of industrial machinery, automation, and control systems (PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics).
• Proven ability to implement and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs (TPM, RCM).
• Demonstrated leadership skills in managing, training, and developing maintenance teams.
• Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.

Bonus Qualifications

• Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP) certification.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proven experience with advanced automation, robotics, or PLC programming.
• Demonstrated project management experience with large-scale capital equipment installations or facility upgrades.
