Destination Services Coordinator
We are seeking a detail-focused and dependable Destination Services Coordinator to help clients organize memorable and well-structured journeys. This role is well suited for professionals in the Grand Rapids, Michigan area who value organization, clear communication, and delivering high-quality service in a remote-friendly setting.
As part of our team, you will consult with clients to learn about their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. You will research destinations, flights, hotels, and experiences, then create customized plans that meet each clients expectations. You will manage reservations, verify confirmations, and maintain accurate records to ensure everything is coordinated properly.
The position emphasizes planning accuracy, responsiveness, and client satisfaction. You will provide support before and during trips, helping manage schedule changes or updates as needed. Success comes from being proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple client requests simultaneously.
