Salary Range: $110,000 - $159,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers and technicians.
• Oversee the planning, execution, and successful delivery of engineering projects.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for manufacturing processes and product quality.
• Manage the engineering budget, resources, and equipment procurement.
• Collaborate with production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure all engineering designs, processes, and equipment comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement long-term technical strategies and technology roadmaps for the manufacturing facility.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline relevant to manufacturing (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial).
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive engineering leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma), and quality systems.
• Proven ability to manage complex engineering projects, including scope, budget, and timeline adherence.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills to drive technical solutions and team development.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Experience with advanced manufacturing technologies (e.g., automation, robotics, Industry 4.0).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or manufacturing execution systems (MES).
