We are seeking skilled Concrete Finishers and Laborers to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete and construction, with the ability to work effectively on various projects. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that concrete surfaces are smooth, level, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with other construction professionals to build and renovate projects while adhering to safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and set up concrete forms according to specifications.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using various tools and techniques.
• Operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Ensure proper curing of concrete surfaces to achieve desired strength and durability.
• Collaborate with team members on construction site tasks.
• Perform frame carpentry as needed during projects.
• Conduct quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure compliance with project standards.
• Lift heavy materials and equipment as required throughout the workday.

Skills

• Proficiency in concrete finishing techniques and tools.
• Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety practices.
• Ability to operate power tools effectively and safely.
• Knowledge of installation methods and materials.
• Familiarity with concrete installation processes.
• Strong carpentry skills for building formwork as needed.
• Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues.
• Capability of performing heavy lifting tasks consistently throughout the day.

Our Team

Our Team works on Commercial and Agricultural projects across Michigan. Some Travel may be required depending on jobsite locations. When travel is required we offer a competitive travel package.
