- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartments and common areas.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and ensure safety standards.
- Assist with landscaping and exterior maintenance as needed.
- Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment for repairs.
- Document maintenance work and report any major issues to management.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve property conditions.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience in maintenance, preferably in residential settings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to be on-call for emergencies as needed.
