Your role as a Quick Lube TechnicianAs a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician at Delta Imports, you'll play a vital role in delivering efficient vehicle maintenance. Daily responsibilities include performing oil changes, fluid checks, tire rotations, and general inspections with a keen eye for detail. You'll be expected to communicate effectively with customers to explain services needed, ensuring a customer-centric experience. Your typical schedule will be Monday through Saturday, allowing for a day off during the week to recharge. Would you be a great Quick Lube Technician?To succeed as a Full-Time Quick Lube Technician at Delta Imports, you'll need a blend of skills and qualifications. A high school diploma or GED is essential, along with one to three months of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A valid driver's license is a requirement, ensuring you're able to drive vehicles safely on-site. Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are crucial for diagnosing vehicle needs efficiently. Additionally, effective communication skills are necessary for interacting with customers and explaining services.
Familiarity with automotive tools and technology will enhance your performance, but no prior experience is required. With a hunger for learning and a commitment to excellence, you'll thrive in our energetic and customer-focused environment!
Knowledge and skills required for the position are:
