Senior Full-Stack Developer(React)

We are seeking a highly experienced **Senior React / Full-Stack Developer** to build and scale secure, high-performance web applications.

This role is ideal for someone who can own features end-to-end — from frontend architecture to backend APIs and cloud deployment — and who is comfortable working in modern React ecosystems with strong DevOps practices.

You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions in a fast-moving environment.

**Responsibilities**

* Architect and build scalable applications using **React, Next.js, and TypeScript**
* Develop backend APIs using **Node.js / NestJS**
* Design and integrate REST and/or GraphQL APIs
* Build reusable UI components and scalable frontend architecture
* Optimize performance (bundle size, lazy loading, caching, state management)
* Implement authentication, role-based access control (RBAC), and secure data flows
* Deploy and manage applications in AWS (ECS, Fargate, Lambda, S3, IAM)
* Work with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, DynamoDB)
* Write unit, integration, and E2E tests
* Participate in code reviews and Agile sprint processes

**Required Skills**

* 8+ years of software engineering experience
* Expert in **React + TypeScript**
* Strong experience with **Next.js**
* Backend experience with **Node.js or NestJS**
* Solid understanding of REST APIs and system design
* Experience with AWS (ECS, Lambda, S3, IAM)
* SQL + NoSQL database experience
* CI/CD and Docker experience
* Strong performance optimization knowledge
* Comfortable owning features end-to-end

**Nice to Have**

* React Native (mobile experience)
* Micro-frontend architecture
* Natural Language Search (NLS) or advanced search implementations
* Storybook experience
* Experience migrating JavaScript to TypeScript
* Experience in healthcare or regulated environments
* Serverless architecture experience
