Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and optimize resource utilization.
• Oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.

Recommended Qualifications

• Proven experience in production management within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal communication skills.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and quality control systems.
• Proficiency in lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability to optimize production schedules, manage budgets, and achieve output targets.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with automation technologies and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.
