Salary Range: $128,000 - $179,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and general ledger operations.
• Develop and maintain robust cost accounting systems, including inventory valuation and variance analysis.
• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee the design and implementation of effective internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Provide insightful financial analysis to support operational decision-making and strategic initiatives.
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and treasury functions.

Recommended Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in accounting/finance, with at least 3 years as a Controller in a manufacturing environment.
• Deep expertise in cost accounting principles, inventory valuation, and variance analysis specific to manufacturing operations.
• Proven ability to lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
• Proficiency with major ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics) and advanced data analysis tools.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls; CPA or CMA certification highly preferred.

Bonus Qualifications

• Experience with manufacturing ERP system implementation or significant optimization projects.
• Demonstrated understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and their financial implications.
• Proficiency in advanced data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Experience managing financial operations across multiple manufacturing sites or international locations.
