Salary Range: $70,000 - $104,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize existing manufacturing processes for efficiency, cost reduction, and quality improvement.
• Design, develop, and implement new processes and equipment for product manufacturing.
• Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain process documentation, including SOPs, PFDs, and batch records.
• Monitor key process parameters and performance indicators to ensure stable and efficient operations.
• Collaborate with production, quality, and R&D teams to support new product introductions and resolve manufacturing issues.
• Ensure all processes comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards.

Recommended Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• X+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment, focusing on process optimization and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) and statistical process control (SPC).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and implement solutions.
• Knowledge of relevant manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety regulations.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
• Proficiency with statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• Experience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SCADA, or ERP systems
• Familiarity with CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for plant layouts or equipment design
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project leadership experience
